A business providing SAAS to the Hospitality sector with a footprint in over 20 countries is looking for a Data Consultant to provide consultative support to clients. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal departments to ensure that their rates are seamlessly and accurately implemented and updated.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO:AdminEnsure minimal email backlog in personal inboxEnsure Data Team inbox is up to dateEnsure Data Projects Schedule is up to date and being followed (Team workflow SOP)Closure of completed tickets with sufficient closure summariesCorrect and accurate time logging for billable and non-billable timePreparation of quotes to customers for large data projectsPrep/update of monthly data team stats and report back on where time could have been utilised more effectively/how much time was lost to non-billable work or correctionsDataTroubleshooting of data project queries and assisting with finding solutions / advising customer of next steps to resolve the queryRates matrix setups based on rate sheets and consultation with customerSet-ups of specials and other data projectsHandovers of prepared matrixes to data setup consultantsProject management and roll out of data team reach outs/client notifications due to changes in their area affecting rates (Example: Botswana tax changes)Regular updates to customers on the progress of their set-upAssist with data imports as and when requiredProvide back up to the Data Project ManagerREQUIREMENTSExcellent administration skillsGood problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills is essentialHigh attention to detailJob Type: Full-time
