Hospitality Driver and Quality Control Specialist – Woodstock - R10 000 - R11 000 Depending on ExperienceYou will play a crucial role in ensuring our properties are clean, well maintained, and ready for guests. Your primary responsibilities will include transporting cleaners to various properties, conducting quality checks on the cleaning process, managing inventory, and identifying maintenance issues. A vehicle will be provided. Hours: at 8 to 5 from Wednesday to Sunday OR Thursday to Monday.Responsibilities:Transport cleaners from the office to various properties in a timely and efficient manner.Conduct quality checks on all apartments cleaned by 3 PM to ensure they meet our high standards.Verify inventory levels and ensure all necessary supplies are available.Inspect properties for cleanliness and report any issues or areas needing improvement.Identify maintenance issues and redirect the on-site maintenance team to address these problems.Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and within designated time frames.Maintain a detailed log of daily activities and issues identified.Ensure timely transportation of cleaning staff to and from properties.Conduct thorough and accurate quality checks on cleaned properties.Maintain inventory levels and ensure all necessary cleaning supplies are available.Identify and report maintenance issues promptly.Qualifications:Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Valid PDPPrevious experience in a similar role is preferred.Strong time management and organizational skills.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of property maintenance and cleaning standards.If you meet the requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV with the following information to ******:A recent photoYour residential addressDate of birth (DOB)Notice periodCurrent/last salaryMode of transportPlease note that if you do not receive a response within 2 weeks, your application for this vacancy was unsuccessful.
