We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hospital Manager to lead our team in Mbombela, Mpumalanga, and contribute to our culture of excellence and patient-centered care.RequirementsCurrent registration with SANC.Degree or Diploma in Nursing; specialisation in Theatre technique is an advantage.5-10 years of experience in the healthcare environment, with at least 3-5 years in Theatre.Minimum of 3-5 years in a Junior or Middle Management role.Flexibility to work shifts as required by the hospital.Strong ability to identify, prevent, and report medico-legal risks and adverse events.Basic knowledge of stock control principles.Comprehensive understanding of nursing activities and procedures within the Scope of Practice.Collaborative team player with a cooperative work ethic.Ability to maintain professional and respectful work relationships.Commitment to excellence and achieving results.Strong judgement and decision-making skills.A customer-focused mindset that values patient satisfaction.Accountability for personal work outputs.Alignment with and demonstration of our company values.
