A hospital within the private sector is seeking an experienced Creditors Clerk to manage all the creditors' functions for the hospital and the pharmacy.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all the creditors functions for the hospital and the pharmacy.General Creditors' Functions Including But Not Limited ToCheck all financial documentation, PO numbers, approvals etc.Liaise with suppliers.Prepare payments and reports.Load payments.Qualifications And RequirementsMatric / Grade 12Fully Computer Literate (Excel, Word, Outlook).Experience in dealing with credit and debtors control.Good Communication Skills.Experience within the Medical Industry an Advantage.Experience in an acute / multidisciplinary hospital a requirement.Desired SkillsCreditors ClerkMedicalReconciliationsPayments
