The Billings Assessor / Auditor will promote and deliver quality patient care and wellness in accordance with industry standards and to execute billings Auditors duties within the standards, procedures and protocols set downMinimum Qualifications and ExperienceThe Billings Assessor / Auditor will promote and deliver quality patient care and wellness in accordance with industry standards and to execute billings Auditors duties within the standards, procedures and protocols set downDiploma Nursing2-3 years experience in Billings environmentAdvanced Computer LiteracySAP will be an advantageMinimum Duties Perform Billings Auditing duties in accordance with the standard and procedureAdhere to the principles and standards of patientReview and analyse reports as a management tool, in order to identify negative trends and implement corrective actionOptimize the billing of products by the Hospital and in line with company requirements and contractual arrangement with Medical SchemesPerform End of Case on the approved systemEnsure the accurate maintenance of supplier invoicesEfficient management of Billing processes by Specific to private patients, final bill invoices on the SAP system as paper claim and forward patient files to the collections department for further managementAudit Patient files as per Company requirement and in accordance with the Company contracts with Medical Schemes.Adhere to reporting standards by analysing information and reports by identifying trends, discrepancies and inconsistencies for decision making
