What you will bring:
Project Management Skills: Facilitate, assist, and implement the ordering, planting, and maintenance of trees, shrubs, ground covers, and turf grasses across various properties.
Nursery Management Expertise: Grow potted plants and maintain a nursery tailored for different properties, ensuring optimal health and growth.
Biodiversity Promotion: Identify and manage indigenous plant species to promote biodiversity and maintain ecosystem balance.
Collaboration Abilities: Liaise with property owners and managers to understand project scopes, ensuring excellence in execution.
Ownership of Projects: Take full ownership of horticultural projects from inception to completion, demonstrating an excellent track record of successful delivery.
Minimum requirements:
Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in horticulture, botany, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in horticulture with a thorough knowledge of plant propagation, culturation, and nursery management principles.
Leadership Skills: Experience in managing and supervising a gardens and grounds team effectively.
