The role demands adherence to established procedures while maintaining our high standards of customer interaction and showroom presentation.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesBuild and nurture productive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met with suitable homeware solutions.Drive sales by actively promoting products, understanding customer preferences, and exceeding sales targets.Maintain high standards of showroom presentation, ensuring products are displayed according to branding guidelines.Manage the ordering of additional products for the showroom to ensure a consistent and updated product range.Assist fellow sales consultants in their tasks, contributing to a cohesive team environment.Support and facilitate the payment process, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.Minimum RequirementsGrade 12 qualification (Matric).At least 3 years of sales experience in a retail environment, particularly in Luxury Homeware or related fields.Excellent communication skills.Customer service-oriented with a focus on providing outstanding service.Sales-driven and self-motivated, with a strong ability to close sales.General business acumen with knowledge of the homeware industry is considered advantageous.The position involves physical tasks, including handling heavy rugs and furniture.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is one who not only meets the minimum requirements but exceeds them.
