Homeware Sales Consultant

A reputable supplier of high-quality fabrics, rugs, wallpaper, and homeware is seeking a Sales Consultant for its new retail store in Cape Town.Responsibilities:Build long-standing and productive relationships with customers.Sell luxury homeware products and achieve/exceed sales targets.Maintain retail showroom standards and operations.Manage orders of additional products for the showroom.Support external sales consultants.Assist with the payment process.Minimum Requirements:National senior certificate.At least 3 years of sales experience in a retail environment (preferably with a luxury brand).Knowledge of homeware is advantageous.Experience in conducting and managing regular stock takes.Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).Customer service-focused and oriented.Highly sales-driven and focused on achieving the result.Must be professional and well-presented.Self-motivated.General business acumen.Working Hours: You will be required to work a 45-hour week (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch per day) that will be rostered following the specific store trading times.Benefits: The role offers a basic salary with commission, participation in a sales incentive scheme, and company benefits.If you meet the minimum requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please apply now!
