Home Health Aide

Our Facility is currently recruiting for a Home Health Aide to assist the sick or disabled and maintain the physical and emotional comfort of an individual in their homes. If caregiving is something you enjoy, then you are the type of person we are looking for!Home Health Aide duties and responsibilitiesProvide housekeeping and laundry servicesShopping for food and other household requirementsPreparing and serving meals and snacksRunning errandsAssists patients by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and groomingManage transportation of patients to doctors office or to hospitalAdminister prescribed medicationsMonitor patients' vital signs, temperature, respiration etc.Maintain and update patients records Provide assistance to patients with mobility issuesEducate patients and their families on appropriate diet and exercise routineProvide companionship and basic emotional and psychological supportHome Health Aide requirementsCaring and compassionate personalityPhysical staminaMust be at least 18 years of ageHigh school degreeAbility to lift and/or move up to 50 poundsStrong reading, writing, and speaking skills (in English)Comfortable with little supervision
