Hire Resolve's Client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join their team as the Head of Finance & Compliance. This position is based in Johannesburg.
The Head of Finance & Compliance (HFC) is a professionally qualified and experienced mid-management role responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and managing key support functions, including Finance, Risk and Compliance, and some operational matters. The HFC plays a vital role in the effective and compliant functioning of the company.

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processesRisk and ComplianceEnsure accurate and timely financial reportingDevelop and implement robust internal controls and compliance programsManage relationships with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholdersMitigate financial risks and identify opportunities for improvementKeep up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance Requirements Relevant Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldCA (SA)3-8 years of experience in an operational and finance role within the investment industry.Proven experience in Finance, Risk and Compliance and ITStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulationsExperience in compliance and risk managementExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy Benefits Salary: R800K/Yr - R1.2mil/Yr
