Using your extensive expertise in construction project management, you'll be at the helm of managing the contractual relationships between professional teams and contractors for high-rise and luxury residential developments.
You'll be the driving force behind overseeing timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies, ensuring each project runs like clockwork from start to finish.
Communication will be key, as you'll be facilitating seamless collaboration between architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers—making sure everyone's on the same page and any roadblocks are swiftly dealt with.

You've got the leadership chops, negotiation skills, and communication savvy to keep everything moving smoothly.
A relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred, and SACPCMP registration or equivalent certification is a bonus.
