What Will Be Your Role And Responsibilities? Work Required is to provide Daily Support to Goodwood Finance Departments Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP FI and CO Handle all Day to Day operations for the SAP FI and CO queries / tickets raised Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements. Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements. Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP modules Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions. Document functional designs, test cases and results Essential Skills Requirements: SAP FICO SAP SD (MM) Config and design ITSM Remedy Ticket handling / SLA management Agile methodology Strong understanding of the Finance and Controlling Modules and business processes integrated with the General Ledger and Controlling Profitability Reporting.
