Helper Rigging

We're on the lookout for a Helper - Rigging to assist Artisan Riggers with complex tasks, thereby contributing to the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
As a Helper - Rigging, you will be responsible for: Assisting Riggers with breakdowns and opportunity maintenance.Taking out work permits according to the Sappi policy.Performing 60 second risk assessment as per Sappi policy.Working overtime and doing standby.Communicating with riggers/artisans during rigging operations.Creating a safe work environment by identifying and managing risks associated with a task to be performed.Moving and transporting equipment in the workplace.Executing assigned scheduled and/or planned maintenance tasks.Required Minimum Qualifications: Relevant Grade 12 / Matric / N3 with Mathematics and Science.Previous rigging experience.Valid driver's licence.Sappi is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
