Tasks

Provide timely and efficient technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity problems, collaborating with team members to implement effective solutions.
Maintain detailed records of user interactions, documenting issues and resolutions in the company's ticketing system for future reference.
Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and adherence to company standards.
Conduct regular system checks and updates, proactively identifying potential issues and recommending improvements to enhance IT infrastructure.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role within the technology industry.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
Familiarity with scalable IT infrastructure and proactive support strategies to minimize downtime.
