DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB Vehicle Operation Perform general transportation tasks. Receive and execute tasks from the branch manager. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of loads. Secure loads properly and ensure safe delivery to the correct destination. Adhere to all traffic regulations. Submit invoices and fuel slips daily. Maintain correct tyre pressure and ensure vehicle license disk is valid and visible. Safely handle and store the vehicle. Perform various ad hoc driving tasks as required.a
Vehicle Maintenance Provide feedback on vehicle performance. Manage delivery documents, invoices, fuel slips, and accident reports.
Distribution/Delivery of Stock Verify and load the correct amount and type of product onto the vehicle. Collect mail and parcels as needed. Ensure safe and correct loading/unloading of products. Obtain proof of receipt with a signature for all deliveries. Deposit received cash on a daily basis.
General Stock Clean the vehicle as required. Provide ad hoc support as instructed.
Requirements Code 14driver's license. Excellent communication and written skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Effective planning and organizing abilities. Keen attention to detail. Sound decision-making capabilities
