PURPOSE OF JOB
We have a great opportunity with our UK client for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with Business development experience to run a profitable desk and achieve the Company''s business objectives through successfully building relationships with clients and candidates.
The individual needs to be proactive in business development and competent in managing accounts.
KEY RESULT AREAS
To cold call clients and generate leads, attend client meetings, and agree terms with support from Manager.To take part in campaigns to recruit new candidates.To maximise the information gathered from telephone calls with clients and candidates and build a pipeline of active and prospective clients and candidates.To put candidates forward for work at every opportunity and complete process either to confirmation or rejection.To maintain regular contact with clients and candidates, build lasting relationships to maximise any opportunities and keep them informed of the progress of current jobs.To provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.To actively promote the permanent recruitment division by using social media and other marketing channels.To maximise potential by passing on leads to colleagues and actively promote all the services the business has to offer.To achieve personal targets and objectives and ensure consistent growth on the desk quarterly/yearly.To display and promote the company''s value of Excellence at Work in day-to-day operations.To actively participate in team activities and contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives.To ensure effective and consistent use of company systems for day-to-day operations.To keep up to date with the changes in the market to be always well informed.To understand the competition and strive to be a market leader.To undertake ad hoc and temporary duties within scope of skill capabilityKEY SKILLS:
