Remit Compass Associates are working with a valued client in their search for a Healthcare Operations Manager to lead their services in East London. This position covers primary care/healthcare service within a prison. Services available include the treatment and management of chronic illnesses, minor injury unit, inpatient, pharmacy, and mental health services.
Reporting to the Regional Lead, the post holder will be responsible for the operational management across the site, strategic direction, and will be the CQC registered manager. We are looking for an experienced General/Operations Manager within primary care or other areas of healthcare to cover all aspects of staff management and help drive the service forward.
You will need strong people management and excellent team engagement. Budget management experience is essential, as well as being able to evidence transformation within a healthcare service.
