They excel in large organizations, manage projects, and have strong administrative proficiency and excellent communication skills. They are self-motivated, meticulous, and thrive under pressure. Proficient in MS Office and experienced in incident investigations. Ready to make a significant impact in this key role!

Minimum Requirements Senior Certificate (non-negotiable) Diploma in Health and Safety or Environmental Health 5+ years in Occupational Health and Safety Management (NOSA/SAMTRAC diploma/certificate advantageous) Strong knowledge of Health & Safety implementation and enforcement in large organizations Ability to work under pressure Self-motivated, meticulous, and deadline-driven Capable of managing large volumes of data, information, projects, and tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills with a sense of urgency and a proactive approach Experience in incident investigations and root cause analysis Proficient in all MS Office applications Code EB (08) Driver's License (non-negotiable) Key Responsibilities Promote health and safety for employees, visitors, and contractors Regularly assess business activity risks Develop and maintain health and safety strategies Set and monitor safety targets focusing on risk reduction Conduct incident investigations Perform internal audits and workplace inspections Guide and support H&S Representatives Manage projects for continuous improvement Participate in change management initiatives Conduct training and awareness campaigns Stay updated on health and safety legislation Analyze incident and audit report trends Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team
