The candidate needs to be fully registered with the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP); it's not negotiable, it's the requirements of our client and without it the candidate is not allowed on our project/site.
Minimum RequirementsMatric / Grade 12Advanced computer literacySafety Management Training Course (SAMTRAC), Safety Officer (SHETRAC), Hazard identification & Risk Assessments, Legal Liability coursesCourse on incident investigation in the workplaceBasic knowledge of hazardous chemical substancesMinimum of 1-3 years' Health and Safety experience in the construction industryThorough knowledge of relevant local safety and environmental legislationKnowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) ACT and Compensation Occupational Injury and Disease (COID) ActFull Registered with South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP)Working at heights competency (Ideal)Please consider your application unsuccessful should you not receive a response within two weeks of applying.
