Health And Safety Manager

This role would entail being responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Health and Safety Management
Conduct regular risk assessments and lead incident investigations
Plan and conduct internal health and safety audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 45001 and other relevant standards
Monitor compliance testing for equipment and occupational hygiene findings
Establish and maintain legal health and safety appointments
Environmental Management
Oversee waste management, environmental impact assessments and sustainability initiatives
Achieve and maintain ISO 14001 certification and manage effluent discharge permits and compliance
Promote eco-friendly practices and implement continuous environmental improvements
Employee Engagement and Training
Organise and facilitate safety training programs, including hazard awareness and proper PPE usage

Requirements:
Occupational Health and Safety Diploma or equivalent
5 - 10 years experience in a Health and Safety Managerial role
Experience in ISO 14001 and 45001 essential
