Overview: Love Success is currently recruiting for a Headteachers PA with a DBS on the update service to work in a popular outstanding Jewish secondary school in East London on a full-time temp basis. This is a busy but rewarding role, and we need someone who is adaptable, resilient, patient, and hard-working.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of SchoolManage the Head's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetingsAssist the CEO's EA to prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute relevant documents for weekly SLT Meetings (Deputise in absence of the EA)Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations for the HeadOversee general administrative functions for the entire schoolCommunicate effectively with staff, parents, students, and other external agenciesRespond to inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate matters as necessary on behalf of the HeadSome assistance with student and staff data management, including enrolment and HR recordsManage office supplies, equipment, and inventoryExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency using Microsoft Office particularly OutlookAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationAttention to detail and accuracyPlease note that you must have an Enhanced DBS for this role.
