Requirements:Minimum two years in skills development facilitation and Employment Equity compliance.Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle.Critical skills: Project management/ planning and organizing, high proficiency in English, strong communication and interpersonal skills, good timekeeping, decisive thinking abilities, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Knowledge of computer operations and programs (Advanced skills in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel).Responsibilities, but not limited to:1. Skills Development: Liaison with SETAs, conducting training needs analysis, applications for discretionary grants, compilation and submission of WSP/ATR to relevant SETAs.Conducting skills development meetings and compiling minutes, assisting with company SETA registrations, verification and registration of learners.Inter-SETA transfers and ensuring the alignment of skills planning to overall business strategies of clients.2. Employment Equity:Conducting and drafting Employment Equity (EE) analysis and plans.Monitoring the implementation of EE plans, conducting committee meetings and compiling minutes.Submission of EEA2/EEA4 annually and managing EE labor inspections on behalf of clients.Ensuring the alignment of Employment Equity to B-BBBEE and/or Skills Development requirements.Have Knowledge of Employment Equity Labour Inspection ProcessesProactively consult and advice clients within various industry sectors regarding the implications, goal attainments and compliance requirements related to the Skills Development and Employment Equity legislation.Plan and implement all Skills Development and Employment Equity processes according to client needs/ industry and operational requirements.Manage all administrative task related to these processes.Maintaining and building strong client relationships as well as networking and providing introductions for new prospective clients.Kindly be advised that should you not receive a response within two weeks of applying, please consider your application unsuccessful.
