Your primary responsibilities will include:Overseeing all aspects of the program, including coaching, recruitment, student-athlete development, program administration, and advancement.Providing sport-specific coaching and training to enhance the team's performance.Recruiting talented student-athletes who align with the University's academic and athletic standards.Promoting academic success and personal growth among student-athletes.Managing program operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and compliance with University, Patriot League, and NCAA regulations.Fostering a positive team culture and upholding the highest standards of sportsmanship and integrity.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Master's Degree preferred.One to three years of related work experience.NCAA Certification required.CPR/First Aid required.Experience as a student-athlete.Proven track record of successful coaching experience at the collegiate level.Demonstrated ability to recruit and develop student-athletes.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Commitment to academic excellence and student-athlete development.Familiarity with NCAA rules and regulations.Lehigh University offers a supportive and collaborative environment that fosters excellence.
