To build an end-to-end SBFC guided advice centre capability for the fulfilment of all customer generated digital demand (including inbound, outbound, mobile, etc.) that focusses on orphan and small low value clients in line with the broader SBFC objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: B.Com Degree Wealth Management/Financial PlanningMBA (Advantage)Recognised FAIS Key Individual7 to 10 years experience in eCommerce practice, principles and digital platforms7 to 10 years experience in operational processes, policies,systems anddealing with third party suppliers (e.g., Liberty, Stanlib) and internal stakeholders7 to 10 years experience incall centre operations and compliance matters.
