Head, Treasury & Capital Management, Africa RegionsJob OverviewBusiness Segment: Group FunctionsLocation: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30To provide strategic support to the Head Group Treasury and Capital Management in driving the optimised allocation and management of financial resources within risk appetite in Africa Regions to support growth and returns for the benefit of our shareholders whilst ensuring appropriate outcomes are achieved across all strategic value drivers.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsType of Qualification: Post Graduate DegreeField of Study: Finance and Accounting, Mathematical SciencesExperience Required5-7 years knowledge of, and experience in, market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk or other risk disciplines, including understanding of developed and developing financial markets with specific focus and experience in Sub-Saharan Africa markets.8-10 years seasoned incumbent with deep specialist liquidity and capital experience gained from a large complex bank, dealing with exposure in both wholesale and retail sectors, is non-negotiable. Able to identify and quantify material liquidity and capital risks arising from the business model and strategy. Able to interact at a senior level with key industry, regulator & Group staff on technical aspects relating to liquidity and capital risk.
