Role Purpose In this pivotal role, you'll lead our high-volume recruitment and TA Coordinator teams. Your mission is to ensure the Talent Acquisition strategy is flawlessly executed within the organization. You'll play a pivotal role in our Employee Services Team, focusing on smooth and effective Talent Acquisition operations. We're looking for a strategic leader who can drive our recruitment efforts and maintain seamless integration with our shared services.

Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's Degree & or relevant experience in tiered service delivery in Talent Acquisition.10+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment, recruitment process outsourcing, or Talent Acquisition operations.Proven track record of team leadership and engagement.Strong technical skills with proficiency in recruitment software and automation tools.Experience in scaled agile methodologies or equivalent project and program management.Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish relationships and build trust and credibility with multiple and cross functional stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.Behavioural Competencies Global AcumenBusiness SavvyEstablishing Strategic DirectionOperational Decision MakingPersevere for ResultsCompelling CommunicationDriving ExecutionDriving Innovation
