Experience RequiredMore than 10 years in ReconciliationsMore than 10 years in OperationsAbility to make trade-offs to optimise risk and return in a context of ambiguity, and drive solution innovation and efficiencies in a way that manages risk and optimises client experience.Demonstrated experience creating efficiencies through process improvement, automation and establishing appropriate metrics.
