Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking
To develop and drive Transaction product strategy aligned to SBG strategy, simplify delivery and ensure market leading product design, coordination, and prioritization around product development, management and enhancement. To manage product P&L performance to support Product and Relationship Banking in achievement of our strategy to outperform. The role is accountable for the end-to-end product management and product performance.
Qualifications Experience Required 5-7 years of banking experience preferably in a product management role5-7 years of experience in product development and managementExcellent understanding of how to commercialize a product and mobilize front line teams to ensure the performance of the product.A thorough working knowledge of a Transactional Banking environment with good exposure to Transactional products (deposits, lending and some domestic issuance product knowledge) and the value chain. Experience in client facing sales/solution environments.Maintain a network of key stakeholders to enable sales and servicing of clients.
