Your responsibilities will include: 1. Strategy Operationalization Lead the translation of the global P&O strategy and business plan incl. close collaboration with country and P&O leadership. Leverage operational P&O experience in South Africa including Employment Equity reporting and the BBBEE scorecard to enable business continuity. This will include running the annual Learnership Programs. Direct overseeing of Comm. Ops business as P&O Leader ensuring business continuity and collaboration, enabling One Sandoz culture. Drive Company culture within country and fosters One Team mindset for full P&O organization within count. 2. P&O Leadership Manage & develop direct report and support development and growth. Lead and coordinate local implementation of global P&O strategic initiatives and enterprise projects. Manage & govern local P&O budget. Drive performance management and collaborate with Rewards. 3. Employee Experience Ensure the delivery of high-quality experience (incl. local benefits such as pension fund and medical aid) throughout the employee lifecycle while ensuring adherence to processes. 4. Branding, Reputation & Compliance Act as a local employer brand ambassador and align and support country Sandoz Employer branding and EVP. Support Country leadership team with company reputation and external relations. Ensure adherence & compliance to all local legislation and regulations as well as Sandoz regulations and Policies. What you'll bring to the role: University degree in a relevant field (e.g. legal, economics, business or management with a focus on human resources). Minimum of 10-12 years Human Resources experience across different domains (talent, compensation, HR generalist, business partnering), preferably from Healthcare or FMCG industry. Significant experience including leading P&O function at country level. Demonstrated ability in ambiguous/ challenging environment, proactive approach to initiate and introduce best in class P&O practices to ensure support to a very complex and diverse client group.
