Head Office Accountant

Are you an experienced and meticulous accountant with a passion for property management? Join this well-established holding company with assets in South Africa and internationally, to manage the property division of the trust company. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing approximately 40 properties, including managing rentals and related expenses. Payment preparation, invoicing, processing, and reconciliations. Managing and maintaining a rent roll effectively and accurately. Utilizing Pastel SAGE Evolution and MS Excel for day-to-day accounting tasks. Supporting the group with various other responsibilities as they arise. Caseware experience is advantageous. Job Requirements BCom degree with completed articles OR appropriate experience (minimum 3 years). A valid Drivers License Strong proficiency in Pastel SAGE Evolution and MS Excel. Proven experience in managing property finances, including a rent roll. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working collaboratively within a larger group.
