Applicants for the Head of Wind Development position at the company should possess a minimum of 12 years' of development experience in utility-scale wind projects, with a strong preference for those who have worked on projects in specific regional markets.
The role requires a deep understanding of the development process, from greenfield to commercial operation, and experience in managing and growing a team of developers.
The Head of Wind Development will be expected to have a hands-on approach, be adept at acquiring real estate rights, and maintaining relationships with local stakeholders.
Additionally, the role involves direct resource management, managing external stakeholders for environmental assessments, and overseeing permitting activities.
