Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Technology to lead our Card and Retail Payments division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving innovation, ensuring the stability and scalability of our payment systems, and delivering exceptional value to our customers. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the payments landscape, strong technical expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Job Description Technology Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the Card and Retail Payments technology teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies. System Stability and Scalability: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of robust, scalable payment systems that ensure high availability and security. Innovation and Digital Transformation: Lead initiatives to innovate and modernize payment solutions, enhancing customer experience and driving digital transformation. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all payment systems and processes comply with industry regulations and standards, implementing best practices for risk management and data security. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including product, vendors, operations, and compliance teams, to deliver integrated payment solutions that meet business and customer needs. Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the technology teams, mentoring and coaching team members to achieve their full potential. Education Bachelor's Degree: Information Technology (Required)
