Own and manage the P&L of the vertical to drive customer satisfaction; frequency and manage unit economics.
Oversee operational execution to deliver results and meet business objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams including Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Retail, Finance, Product and Engineering.
Own the evolution of the program; from technology to benefits.
Evaluate, launch and manage new partnerships as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in subscription to ensure strategy remains cutting-edge.
