Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Proven success in business development with at least 1 year in a leadership role, preferably in the media & marketing sector.
Strong strategic and analytical skills, with experience driving revenue growth and market expansion.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of motivating teams to achieve goals.
Proven ability to build and maintain client, partner, and stakeholder relationships, with effective negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Experience in global markets, with knowledge of managing region-specific business initiatives.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across teams and present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on growth opportunities across various verticals and regions.
Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals to drive performance and meet targets.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and finance teams to create integrated strategies for revenue growth and market expansion.
