Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation and review of monthly performance updates for the Group Exco, including KPI analysis, trend identification, and variance explanations. Oversee the drafting of commentary and presentations for internal reports to the Audit Committee and Board. Deliver commercial insights and performance analysis, identifying trends and providing constructive challenges to business units. Monitor and review industry and analyst reports to adapt disclosures in the integrated report and results presentations as needed. Collaborate across the business to ensure alignment with evolving requirements. Develop impactful financial analyses and insights to support decision-making. Manage the Q&A bank for results and oversee quarterly/strategic business review processes. Ensure robust internal controls and measurement systems for management reporting. Visualize financial insights to facilitate strategic decisions. Analyze business unit financial outcomes, evaluating strategic impacts and implications. Provide ad-hoc insights on matters like investor relations, financial modeling, competitor analysis, and business planning for M&A activities. Promote a high-performance culture within the team. Key Competencies: Deep understanding of life insurance and financial services, with strong business performance acumen. Knowledge of relevant regulations and frameworks. Exceptional written communication and presentation skills. Strong report-writing ability to convey complex information effectively. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Actuarial Science, Chartered Accounting, Financial Management, or Management Accounting. Experience: Minimum of 5 years senior-level financial planning and analysis experience. Proven experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
