What You Will Focus on: Software development and management Vendor & partnership management Strategic leadership & innovation Stakeholder engagement & cross-functional collaboration Compliance, security & risk management Budget and resource management Team leadership & development Integration & optimization Requirements: A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; an advanced Degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) is preferred. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, TOGAF) are advantageous. At least 5 years of proven experience in a senior leadership role within software development, ideally in the Insurance or IT services industry. Demonstrable experience in software application management and overseeing major system transitions.
