In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the short-term capital and reserving functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic insights to drive business decisions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain models for short-term capital and reserving requirements.Monitor and analyze trends in claims, reserves, and capital adequacy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk management strategies.Provide expert advice on actuarial matters to senior management and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.Requirements:Fellow of the Society of Actuaries or equivalent qualification.Minimum of 5 years of experience in actuarial roles, with a focus on short-term capital and reserving.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in actuarial software and Microsoft Excel.
