Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team to contribute to the acquisition and retention strategies across all markets. Develop, implement, and optimize SEO strategies for multiple websites. Conduct keyword research and analysis to improve website rankings. Analyze data and generate detailed reports to identify areas for improvement. Stay updated with the latest SEO developments, online behaviors, and market trends. Identify opportunities and create scalable plans for SEO growth. Develop and execute effective SEO campaigns. Requirements: A minimum of 7 years' experience in a senior search engine optimization role. 4+ years of relevant SEM experience, including on-page and off-page SEO, link building, social media, and PPC. Solid understanding of analytical software. Degree or diploma in Marketing or a related field. Proven track record in team management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills, with experience in strategic planning and business management. Excellent knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking strategies, and the SEO industry.
