Head Of School/Principal

HEAD OF SCHOOL/PRINCIPAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:-

Leadership and Vision: Strategic Planning, Decision Making;
Curriculum Management: Curriculum Development; Instructional Leadership (guiding and supporting Teachers in delivering the curriculum effectively);
Staff Supervision and Development: Hiring and Training, Performance Evaluation, Professional Development;
Student Affairs: Student Discipline and Conduct, Academic Support and Guidance, Extracurricular Activities and Student Engagement, Parental Involvement;
School Operations and Administration: Budget Management, Facility Management, Safety and Emergency Planning, Administrative Issues;
Attend conferences to gain knowledge on current educational trends.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Previous experience as a School Principal (10 Years Experience)
Knowledge of School administrative processes and national educational regulations;
Attention to detail;
Great presentation and communication skills;
Ability to coach and inspire;
Strong leadership skills;
Self motivated, belief in the necessity of high behaviour expectations and consistency in upholding those expectations.
Master's Degree.
