ROSEWAY WALDORF SCHOOL POSITION AVAILABLE: HEAD OF SCHOOL Roseway Waldorf School is recruiting for a new position of Head of School.
The Head of School will provide strategic, pedagogical and fiduciary leadership in line with Waldorf ideals. The Head of School must embrace values of integrity, honesty, responsibility and child-centred learning. The Head of School will work closely with the College of Teachers and the Administrator and will report to the Board of Directors.
Job Qualifications and Experience Required: A qualified teacher with SACE registrationA minimum of ten years of teaching experienceA minimum of five years leadership experienceProven experience in strategic leadership and developmentJob Responsibilities Strategic, operational, and financial responsibility for the schoolStrategic direction and leadership of the schoolProvide inspiring and purposeful leadership for the staff, students, and the wider communityDeliver strategic, timely and effective decisions to ensure students receive the highest quality educationFacilitate positive relationships between parents, teachers and other stakeholders of the communitySuccessful candidates must: Be forward-thinking educational leaders with an understanding of Waldorf PedagogyHave a thorough knowledge of the Waldorf curriculum and teaching methodologyBe committed to developing collaborative relationships, inspiring creativity, and empowering others to reach their goalsHave a commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environmentHave strong interpersonal and communication skillsBe competent in developing and implementing policies, procedures and systemsCVs can be sent to ******.
