A leading company in the meat processing sector is seeking an accomplished Head of Sales to lead their Johannesburg South operation.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to create structured sales processes and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement structured sales strategies and processes to improve efficiency and revenue.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve set targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and ensure competitiveness.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to the executive team.
Requirements: BCom in Marketing or a related field (mandatory).
Extensive experience in sales leadership roles, ideally within the meat processing or FMCG sector.
Strong ability to establish and optimise sales structures and workflows.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A results-driven mindset with a commitment to excellence.
