The Head of Sales will be responsible for executing the B2B and B2C strategy with National Partners, identifying sporting needs of corporations, schools, clubs, community centres, companies, and resorts, and managing multiple accounts and leads to ensure no opportunities are missed.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute the B2B and B2C strategy with National Partners.Analyse and identify the sporting needs of various organisations.Develop and implement the Corporate Commercial project, including offers per sport, pricing, communications, returns/exchange policies, etc.Manage multiple accounts and leads, ensuring strong organisational skills to meet sales targets.Define and prepare the road-map from initial outreach to deal closure with potential B2B/B2B2C clients.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience to customers.Maintain high ethical standards in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.Stay informed about the company's product strategy to confidently present and align solutions with clients' needs.Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of B2B/B2B2C initiatives.RequirementsRetail product knowledge and experience is essential.Territory knowledge and insight are required.A 'sporty' attitude and feel are necessary.Athletic inclination is required.Strong culture and strategic thinking are essential.A passion for an active lifestyle is required.Ability to come up with strong ideas is necessary.Ability to hit the ground running is essential.Team management skills are required.Wholesale partnerships with other retailers are necessary.What We OfferA market-related increase for the Head of Sales role.
