Head of SalesWe are seeking a Head of Sales to drive growth and innovation in the digital payments landscape in South Africa.This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team and shape the future of payments in South Africa.About the Role:Leverage market insights to inform sales strategies and drive growth.Lead end-to-end project management on key business priorities.Collaborate with the Decision Analytics team to generate data-driven recommendations.Build and maintain influential relationships with customers and suppliers.Inspire and empower the sales team to achieve strategic goals.Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment to drive team success.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, or related field.Proven experience in customer relationship management and sales leadership.Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.Impeccable communication and presentation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Salary: R1 200 000 - R1 500 000 per annum (dependent on experience)
