Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Head of Sales to lead and inspire a high-performing team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This role is focused on both new business development and client retention, combining sales leadership with a deep commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. The successful candidate will oversee approximately 15 Sales Executives, managing and optimizing sales processes while driving revenue growth through client-centric solutions.
Requirements:
Proven success in a target-driven sales environment, with hands-on sales experience.
Strong track record in building and motivating high-achieving sales teams.
Passion for client satisfaction and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Experience with digital/automated sales solutions is a plus.
Data-driven decision-maker with a continuous improvement mindset.
Relevant degree or diploma in business, sales, or related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a sales team across new business and retention, fostering a high-energy, collaborative environment that delivers on sales targets.
Client Retention & Experience: Understand financial solutions, implement retention strategies, and manage escalations to ensure a premium client experience.
Analytics-Driven Sales Optimization: Use data to identify sales blockages and areas for improvement, ensuring sales processes are efficient and effective.
Collaboration Across Departments: Work closely with Digital Marketing, IT, Finance, and Operations to enhance the client experience and deliver on revenue targets.
People & Process Improvement: Balance team mentorship with strategic improvements in sales, client engagement, and service delivery.
