Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales for a solar company.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of our recruitment services.
As the Head of Sales, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual who is passionate about sales and has a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and market share objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear performance goals and providing ongoing support and development.
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient processes and accurate forecasting.
Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to senior management.
Drive a culture of high performance and accountability within the sales team.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, ideally within the renewable energy or technology sectors.
Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform decision-making.
Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies and programs.
