Head Of Sales - Farm Automotive

Responsible for developing the Farm business for our large Automotive client, the Head of Sales will focus on sales revenue and market share growth as well as growth of maintenance, repair and spare parts management in South Africa.
Minimum Requirements:A general degree6+ years MIN experience within automotive Farm5+ years in a senior leadership capacityA strong dealership network and clear understanding of dealership functioning.Project management certification a bonusProven track record of sales and revenue generation activities.Growth of maintenance, repair and spare partsSound knowledge of sales strategies, forecasting and relationship building.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.
