Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in sales, with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Ability to work independently.Strong experience in B2B telesales
Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies and business plans to achieve revenue targets and company goals.Recruit, lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal success.Foster a positive, collaborative, and purposeful team culture.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Proactively seek out, identify, and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, identifying new market opportunities to expand the client base.Effective collaboration across departments, such as marketing and operations and the leadership team, to align the sales strategies to company objectives and to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.Track and analyze sales and market data, providing regular reports to the leadership team on progress reached.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
