As the Head of B2B Sales, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and maximizing profitability within our wholesale business. This strategic area of the business leads our partnerships with the company stockists & corporates. Your leadership will guide the sales team, set ambitious targets, and oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Vision:
Work with the Executive team to develop overall business development vision, strategy, plans, and processes that will drive sales growth, increase revenue, expand markets, and accomplish financial objectives.Brand CustodianImplement Business targets.Maintain & grow sales function.Hold partners accountable for the brand including VM in stockists space & deliver & deliver on customer experience.
Product Strategy
Within this division, conceptualise & provide input into curated product range for stockists & corporates.
Market Research And Expansion
Identify and evaluate new markets, partners, channels, and customers.Maintain a wide network of contacts to stay informed about current and future industry trends and market actions.Analyse the business environment, competitors, and customer needs to generate ideas for new products, services, pricing, and business models.
Collaboration And Stakeholder Management
Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other stakeholders to support business development plans.Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Team Management
Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team, aligning them with organizational goals.Manage & develop the team to ensure business KPI's are achieved.
Reporting
Complete quarterly sales reviews & report back to businessEnsure that weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual reports are completed per region.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent).
Experience
Proven track record in sales leadership, business development, and market expansion.Experience in the wholesale industry is highly desirable.
Skills
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Visionary leadership with the ability to set and execute a strategic vision for sales growth.
