This is an incredible opportunity to drive growth, build a high-performing team, and enjoy an enviable expat lifestyle.Role & Responsibilities: Drive business development for our full suite of products in Mauritius, Rodrigues, Reunion, South Africa and Madagascar Build and lead a team of 6+ skilled sales professionals to deliver on their targets Grow our base of HNI, UHNI, and institutional investors through your team's efforts and your own network Coordinate with administrative and back-office teams to ensure smooth investor onboarding Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service Increase share of wallet with each client through cross-selling, top-ups, and portfolio management assistance where permitted Build our brand presence in the region through permissible marketing initiatives Requirements: 8-15 years of proven leadership success in Wealth Management, Private Banking or related sales roles Passionate, assertive leadership style with the ability to motivate and drive a team Strong ideation skills and the tenacity to research and develop new concepts Agility and responsiveness in the face of changing deadlines and priorities Passion for building and growing organizations Solutions-oriented mindset with relentless execution focus Market foresight, learning agility and team-player attitude Ability to translate client needs into well-defined solutions Strategic and tactical planning and execution capabilities Hands-on approach and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done We offer highly attractive compensation including fixed, variable and rewards components based on your performance and business generation.The selected candidate will have the opportunity to live and work in Mauritius, an island paradise known for its pristine beaches, vibrant culture and welcoming people.
