As Head of Rewards Delivery, IMEA you will work closely with:

IMEA People Business Partners IMEA EEO (People Partners, People Advisors, Talent Acquisition team) EEO Rewards colleagues (Global Head of Rewards Delivery, Regional Heads of Rewards Delivery, local Rewards Delivery Managers) EEO colleagues (Payroll, T&D, etc.) Global Rewards team members to ensure regional deployment of specific Rewards projects ensuring full coordination with the Regional EEO Rewards teams. You'll leverage past experience and deep knowledge along with an ability to build trust and respect to analyze and develop implementation plans for complex projects ensuring needed buy-in and role clarity among the entire EEO organization.

A key to succeeding in this role will be balancing between significant complexity and diversity across countries and brands in the region, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and working towards providing an aligned employee experience. You will have a unique opportunity to stretch your capabilities by learning from, sparring with, and building lasting relationships with diverse and professional colleagues all over the world.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Be a key advisor to business leaders and People Business Partners to deliver competitive compensation programs. Lead the IMEA Rewards team to support IMEA in the compensation, benefits, and recognition domains. Provide high-quality rewards services to IMEA to drive employee attraction, engagement, and motivation, and enable a great employee experience from a rewards perspective.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead a regional rewards delivery team to identify and meet delivery needs related to Rewards, ensuring high quality and timely delivery. Define IMEA Rewards priorities and develop a service roadmap to guide collective efforts. Own delivering the Total Rewards strategy of IMEA. Optimize operational excellence by implementing continuous improvements and standardizations in processes, team structure, and way of working. Drive capability development of the team and maintain a healthy succession plan for critical roles within IMEA rewards. Be accountable for the successful delivery of new Rewards Solutions on a regional scale by working closely with Global Rewards and Rewards Deployment teams. Evolve the culture and build engagement in the IMEA Rewards team, ensuring high performance, strong commitment, and close collaboration. Support integrations or any other merging needs from IMEA, ensuring a smooth and successful transition. Tactfully balance global standardization and local needs. Ensure IMEA business and people needs are embedded in global solutions/programs and the same are translated in local context when deployed at site level. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Strong leadership skills, with a track record in leading a global rewards team with diverse cultures and backgrounds. Proven ability to develop and deliver rewards policies, procedures, guidelines, and philosophies. Experienced in supporting M&A from a Rewards perspective. Strategic partnership, financial acumen, and matrix management skills. Solid knowledge of the IMEA region. Strong working knowledge of Workday is preferred.
